• can transmit your data to public authorities, as well as to lawyers in the defense or protection of their rights or interests in the event of litigation;

• keep your data for the duration of your contractual relationship with ODL / COPEL as well as after its termination and for the time necessary to fulfill their legal obligations and the prescription periods that apply to them;

• take all organizational and technical measures necessary to guarantee a level of safety.

Through the application of the GDRP, you have the right to access your person-related data, ask to amend, to erase, or limit their treatment from KWAN ASBL or oppose to their usage in respect to the statutes of limitations, or to their transferability; within the right of conservation management fromKWAN ASBL. The personal data are not automatically treated and are not transferred to trading companies for sending unsolicited direct marketing purposes.
